Loose boards are carefully fastened, and our skilled staff can handle the majority of the upkeep. We'll still clean up the mess after we're done at Blenheim House painters!
After the prep work is completed, your home will have a tight, clean surface that is ready for priming. Our painting contractors use excellent bonding primers to all exposed surfaces to protect and seal the surface while also providing a solid platform for the appropriate application of fresh finishing painting coats. Primer is being applied to bare wood, metal surfaces, water stains, corrosion, and new carpentry. Surfaces of plywood will be treated with a specific primer that bridges much of the weather cracking that is typical of that material. In rare cases, particularly with considerably new or worn furniture, our painting contractors may recommend a full priming coat.
